Project Description: Lee Moor Road Diversion
Lee Moor Road diversion was part of Drakelands Mine project for Wolf Minerals Limited, diverting 2.2km of the existing B3417 to facilitate the future expansion of the mining operation. QSPM’s role on the project was to prepare a full Bill of Quantities for the tender. QSPM also assisted with tender queries, contractor negotiations, appointments and post contract management.
