Project Description: Island Place, Salcombe, Devon
This project involves the redevelopment of a disused gasworks site to provide six new build contemporary houses and ground floor commercial space. Total development area 10,960 sq. ft.
Island Place is a development project where each house will be designed and built to the highest specification. QSPM have assisted with detailed costing exercises to ensure the quality of the development required can be maintained. QSPM also provided pre-contract coordination liaising with an array of stakeholders from statutory bodies to local residents to ensure the project programme was maintained and Planning consent successfully achieved.
