Project Description: New Mayflower Grandstand
QSPM have been acting as Cost Consultant on the £5 million project to extend and refurbish the existing Plymouth Argyle Football Club Grandstand. The scheme will also provide improved Players facilities and Conference and Hospitality facilities.
The construction is programmed to over a 15 month period on site, with the works being phased so that the new changing rooms and conference facilities are completed ahead of decant and refurbishment of the existing building. The phasing of the works has been planned to minimise disruption to match days and ensure disruptions are limited to periods outside of the playing season.
